PDP were appointed for the design of two office buildings and a 204-bedroom hotel. Office 01 comprises of six floors over basement car parking providing c.9,500mē GEA of office accommodation. Office 02, configured on the same basis, provides a further c.6,700mē GEA of office accommodation.
