November 2010 - This project of 24 luxury apartments for TA Fisher comprising a 4-storey timber frame over a concrete semi basement car park has commenced on site.
Sept 2010 - Start on site for the refurbishment of three buildings at The Children's Trust to provide a day care unit for older children, parents accommodation and staff quarters.
PDP-PS are involved on three new projects for Chelsea FC - refurbishment of the 'Chelsea FC Academy' pavilion at Cobham, a new Gastro Pub at Stamford Bridge & a retail outlet in Kingston.
Work is due to commence on a new 3 storey, 30 bedroom care home at Burnham, Maidenhead, in October 2010. PDP-PS will be involved through to completion in Sept 2011.
PDP-PS are working with a selected team of external consultants for Gentian Southend Ltd, on the refurbishment of the main entrance and new retail areas at Southend Hospital.
